The first ski/snow equipment is complimentary in addition to the standard free baggage allowance on all LX operated flights (including wet lease). For journeys to/from/via the US, this only applies if you are booked on an LX operated flight and on an LX flight number. A fee will be charged for ski equipment exceeding the free baggage allowance if you are booked on a UA or other flight number, on combined flights with other airlines and on the Economy Basic fare on short- and medium-haul flights as well as on the Light fare.
